Frequently asked questions

How do I register for MyAccount?

If you are logging in to MyAccount for the first time, you'll need your 14-digit Union Gas account number and an email address.

Password tips: Your password must be between eight and 15 characters in length and also include at least one of each of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter and a number.

We will send you a confirmation email once you have registered. Then you can start managing your account from your computer or mobile device.

If you forget your User ID or Password, you'll need your email address to re-set your profile.

How do I change my MyAccount Password?

Simply login to MyAccount with your current User ID and Password.

  • From your mobile device, select Change Password.
  • From a desktop, choose Update My Info
  • Your password must be between eight and 15 characters in length and also include at least one of each of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter and a number.

If you've forgotten your User ID or Password, select Forgot your User ID or Forgot your Password? to retrieve your information.

Is MyAccount secure?

Union Gas is committed to providing a secure environment to protect your account information online. We protect your security in two ways:

  1. Uniongas.com and MyAccount are secured by VeriSign. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to provide one of the highest levels of security possible for protecting confidential internet transactions. SSL encryption converts sensitive information into a string of unrecognizable characters to prevent theft of confidential information.
  2. When you register, you create a unique User ID and Password and we ask for your account information to verify your identity. Every time you log in, you must enter your User ID and Password.

What mobile devices are supported?

The mobile MyAccount website supports the latest versions of iOS, Android and Blackberry operating systems. For optimal usability, ensure your mobile device has been upgraded with the latest version of your operating system.

Depending on your device's screen size, you will be automatically routed to either the mobile site or the full desktop site. Switch between the mobile site or desktop site any time by clicking the appropriate link at the bottom of the page.

What if I have multiple accounts?

You can add more than one gas account to your MyAccount profile.
