- Receive a monthly email notification with a quick summary of your bill including the bill amount, late payment date and billing period. If you are an Automatic Payment Plan customer, you'll also see the payment withdrawal date.
- Choose to receive your gas bill as an attachment on your monthly email notification – no login or password needed.
- Receive your annual summary showing up to 12-months gas usage and billing history by email each January – no need to save and file paper bills every month.
- Opt for a payment reminder email five days before your late payment date - never forget a payment.
How to enrol in Paperless Billing

Once you enrol in Paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.
Your gas bill will be attached as a pdf file. To open and view the attachment you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
To ensure you receive your email notification each month, update your account with any changes to your contact details and email address.
First check your junk email folder and if your email notification is there, please add myaccount@uniongas.com to your safe recipients list. You may also check your myaccount email preferences to ensure the correct email address and options have been selected. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact your internet provider to ensure these emails are not being blocked from your inbox, or contact us for assistance.
