View and download your current bill, plus up to 24 months of billing, payment and gas use information with MyAccount, our account management tool.
View your bill in MyAccount
- See your up-to-date account balance and recent payments.
- View and print bills from the last 24 months.
- Compare bills and analyze your gas usage.
- Switch to a paperless bill. You'll receive an email alert when your bill is ready to view.
Paperless Billing features:
- Choose paperless billing and have your gas bill emailed to you each month.
- You can also sign up for an annual summary of your bill history, emailed to you each January.
- Sign up for a payment reminder email sent every month, so you never forget to make a payment.
- Log in to MyAccount and select the paperless options you want.
There are two types of bill history available for free in MyAccount:
- Duplicate bill: Select a bill date to view or print a PDF bill image.
- Summary of billing history: Select the Printer Friendly button to print the summary or select Download for a .csv file to use with any spreadsheet program.
If you prefer, you can order duplicate bills or an account summary by calling the Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-774-3111. There is a cost of $15 for each monthly bill or statement mailed to you.
How it works
Log in to MyAccount. You'll get immediate access to the past 24 months of billing history for your account.
Create a new MyAccount profile
If you are logging in to MyAccount for the first time, you’ll need your 14-digit Union Gas account number and an email address.
