  • Automatic Payment Plan (APP) - Our Automatic Payment Plan lets you have your payment automatically sent to us from your financial institution. Find out more about the Automatic Payment Plan and how to complete the enrolment form.
  • Update my account information - Let us know of any changes you'd like to make to your account. You can update your bill mailing address, and Telephone Number online through myaccount. Legal Name changes for the account holder including spelling corrections can be submitted through our self-service online form.
