Need help with your natural gas bill?
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ontario Energy Board is working on expanding financial assistance to families who are facing difficulties paying their natural gas bills. More information on COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program eligibility and how to apply will be made available in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, rest assured that we understand that this is a particularly difficult time for customers, who may be facing financial challenges. To help, we have extended our suspension of disconnections for residential natural gas customers until August 1, 2020. We also offer flexible payment arrangements you can set up yourself online at anytime.
