Paperless Billing - Convenient for you and the Environment

How to sign up

To sign up for Paperless Billing, you have to register for MyAccount first.  MyAccount is an online tool that lets you view, compare, download, and print 24 months of billing information from Union Gas.  Think of it as an online mailbox where your Paperless Bills are delivered. 

Click here to register for MyAccount now and select the Paperless Billing option included in the form.  It's quick and easy.


If you are already registered for MyAccount, log into MyAccount and select the "Account Summary" tab in the top navigation, then:

  • Find the "Account Preferences" box about half way down the page.
     

  • Beside "Bill Delivery Option" click the "Change" button and then click "Paperless Bill".
     

  • Click "Submit" to finish.  If you're new to Paperless Billing, you will automatically be entered in a contest to win $1,000*.
