How I provide world-class customer service:
In the last 10 years at Union Gas, I have worked in HR, Customer Care and currently in Transportation Acquisitions part of our Gas Supply Team in BDS&T. One of the common themes across all of these departments is Customer Excellence. My current role allows me to interact with customers, vendors, various pipeline employees of all levels as well as my peers here at Enbridge. I try my best to do MY part by taking the time to listen to all of the people that I interact with on a daily basis. The better I understand their needs, the easier it will be for me to find a way to lean in and help out in every way I can.
Fun fact about me:
I have been a figure skater for 29 years and still skate competitively on an Adult Synchronized Skating Team.
