How I provide world-class customer service:
In the last 10 years at Union Gas, I have worked in HR, Customer Care and currently in Transportation Acquisitions part of our Gas Supply Team in BDS&T. One of the common themes across all of these departments is Customer Excellence. My current role allows me to interact with customers, vendors, various pipeline employees of all levels as well as my peers here at Enbridge. I try my best to do MY part by taking the time to listen to all of the people that I interact with on a daily basis. The better I understand their needs, the easier it will be for me to find a way to lean in and help out in every way I can.
Fun fact about me:
I have been a figure skater for 29 years and still skate competitively on an Adult Synchronized Skating Team.

How I provide world-class customer service:
As part of the Gas Management Services team, over the last 10 years we have been actively seeking customer feedback and implementing changes in ways that promote continuous operational improvement in our modifications to Unionline. While the web shines a bright light on how we’ve grown, it is also the direct customer interaction we engage in every day that proves to be the most compelling reason why the best customer service will be to continually provide viable communication channels that increase our ability to listen, understand and respond in a timely manner to the needs of our customers.

Coffee and dark chocolate are my weaknesses.

In Unionline Business Services we pride ourselves on being fast, friendly and thorough. I’ve been in this group for almost 4 years and have worked through many inquiries in order to better serve our customers. We aim to help every customer we come in contact with and make their experience a good one.

I love to be crafty. I make cards and hold craft classes at my home.

How I provide world-class customer service:
I am a Senior Analyst with the Storage and Transportation Contracting team and started in this role in late 2017. I strive to make the customer experience a great one by ensuring timely, accurate contracts and supporting our Sales team. I feel that customer satisfaction is a top priority and it's one of the things that sets us apart from other companies.
Fun fact about me:
I am a biology nerd - in high school I actually wanted to pursue a career as a Medical Examiner or Funeral Director.

How I provide world-class customer service:
In anything that I do I always have the best interest of our customers in mind. Nothing makes me happier than ensuring our customers have the best customer service experience.
I have worked at Union Gas in the Unionline Business Services department for 8 years. I started as a Business Information Analyst where I supported our external Unionline customers as well as our internal customers through Contact Management and Unionline. Currently I am a Senior Analyst Business Information where I have been able to continue my focus on customer service through Unionline enhancements and ensuring the reliability of our system.
Fun fact about me:
I once ran a half marathon with my sister; we were last however we did finish the race!

How I provide world-class customer service:
I’ve been in BDS&T at Union Gas for 19 years. I work with customers and sales reps to create new products and services for our Storage and Transportation business. We listen to the needs of our customers and use that information to create customized valuable services.
Fun fact about me:
I am a Disney addict. One of the items on my bucket list is to visit all of the Disney Parks around the world.

Strategic Sales
How I provide world-class customer service:
I am a primary contact for Union Gas’ storage and transportation customers located in the US Northeast as well as Ontario power producers. I joined the Sales team in August 2018 after spending time working in our Gas Supply department. I am looking forward to using my experience as a buyer in order to better understand the needs of customers so I can ensure that our services consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Fun fact about me:
I am an avid backcountry camper. Every summer my wife and I spend up to 6 days at a time canoeing and portaging through parks such as Algonquin and Killarney.

How I provide world-class customer service:
I’ve been with Union Gas for 10 years, in various roles in the company. I’m really excited to have recently joined the Marketer Services team as an S&T Account Manager. The part of the job that I’m really looking forward to the most is working with our customers and making the customer experience a positive one.
