COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program

The Ontario Energy Board has launched the COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) to help customers with their Enbridge Gas bill. See if you qualify for a one-time credit.

Installment payments

You may be eligible to make installment payments to bring your account up-to-date. Log in to myaccount and go to the Make a Payment Arrangement tab.

What if I received a disconnection notice?

To ensure continuation of your gas service, it is important that you take action before the date indicated in the letter. Please contact us if your require assistance.

Eligible low-income customers

We partner with local United Way agencies to provide the Energy Assistance Program which provides emergency financial assistance to income-eligible customers. These agencies have the expertise and the knowledge to assess individual needs and co-ordinate access to the most appropriate support programs. Learn about the Energy Assistance Program.
