Call us anytime at 1-888-774-3111. Press 2, then 1 at the voice prompt to hear your current balance, last bill date, and last payment date. If you have the Automatic Payment Plan, you'll also hear the payment withdrawal date.

What happens if I have a credit balance on my account?

You can leave the credit on your account and apply the credit to future bills or request a refund.
