Make budgeting easier with our Equal Billing Plan (EBP)

Having a stable and predictable energy bill every month helps make life and budgeting easier. When you sign up for our free Equal Billing Plan (EBP), you'll be able to budget your monthly natural gas expenses and stay on track.

We estimate your natural gas charges for the upcoming year based on current gas rates and your gas usage from the previous year.

Then, we divide that amount into 11 equal installments from September to July. In August, you're credited if you used less gas than estimated, or charged if you used more—so you only pay for the gas you've actually used.

In September, you're automatically
re-enrolled and your new EBP installment amount is set for the next 11 months.

Excavation shows that a sewer pipe has been intersected with a natural gas pipe

Underground natural gas pipes unintentionally installed through sewer or septic pipes are called cross bores.

Cross bores can result in a dangerous leak if equipment used to unclog sewer or septic pipes damages the natural gas line.
