Sarnia, ON, February 22, 2018 - Union Gas continues support of Community Concerns for the Medically Fragile (CCMF) with a $1,000 grant to help the organizations meet the needs of the medically-fragile youth in Sarnia-Lambton.

"Union Gas understands the value of community groups. Last year, we contributed more than $3.4 million to community and charitable organizations across Ontario," said Greg Wagner, utility services manager Sarnia North, Union Gas. "CCMF makes this community stronger and healthier. There is no greater goal. Thank you for your hard work."

CCMF is a local, parent driven community group striving to meet the needs of the medically fragile and their families. The grant will help CCMF work towards their mission to optimize the quality of life for medically fragile children/young adults of Sarnia-Lambton through programs that provide a cultural environment to members who otherwise would not enjoy the many benefits of creativity and multi-sensory stimulation.

"This generous donation solidifies the partnership that CCMF has with Union Gas. Without their continual support, we would not be able to provide the much needed programs for our medically fragile community, which helps enrich their quality of life," said Michelle Brown, office administrator and fundraiser, CCMF.
