Those who understand its strengths and weaknesses and who are willing to make a personal investment to improve their community's quality of life become the strongest leaders. The annual professional training program is designed to expand the number of individuals who are willing to take on leadership roles in business, government, and not-for-profit organizations and to equip them to meet future challenges in the community.
