3. Where do I obtain information on energy efficiency programs for home or business?
You can visit our energy efficiency page.

4. How do I attach a new customer to gas and complete other meter actions?
Apply for the installation of natural gas service and complete other meter actions through GetConnected. Before gas service can be activated, your customer must also sign up for a Union Gas account.

5. When do I upgrade a meter and what is the process?
If the total connected load to a house is greater than 250cfh, please submit your online application through Get Connected. Union Gas will determine whether or not a meter upgrade is required after reviewing your information.

6. How do I find out the cost and timeline of moving a meter?
This is determined on a case by case basis. Call us at 1 188 774-3111 Option 4.

7. Who do I contact for gas locates?
