Air Curtains

Save energy even when the doors are open. Air curtain technology delivers a controlled stream of air that separates the indoor and outdoor environment.  Air curtains reduce infiltration of cold or hot outside air through doorways, significantly reducing natural gas heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.

Condensing Boilers

Condensing Boiler Installed In A Business

Condensing boilers are up to 98% efficient. If you are replacing an aging boiler or building a new facility, installing a condensing boiler will improve your energy efficiencies and reduce your operating costs. Condensing boilers provide a number of key energy saving advantages

  • Increased operating savings by capturing latent heat from flue gasses, allowing the condensing boiler to conserve fuel, saving you money
  • Reduced chimney repairs and maintenance costs as condensing boilers offer the option of sidewall, powered exhaust systems
  • Modular footprint for size and space efficiency

Condensing Unit Heater

A condensing unit heater is a power-vented unit with a primary, non-condensing heat exchanger, followed by a secondary heat exchanger in which waste heat from the flue gases is recovered.  Condensing unit heaters are rated by their thermal efficiency, which is a measure of the operating efficiency of the unit.  To be considered condensing, a unit heater must have a thermal efficiency of 90% compared to non-condensing units that have a thermal efficiency of 80% or lower.

Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV) and Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV)

The most efficient way to provide good indoor air quality is through either an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) or Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV). Both are able to provide fresh outdoor air while recovering the most energy possible from outgoing air.

The recovered energy can then be used to heat the air entering the building significantly reducing your energy costs and making the ventilation system operate more efficiently. Both types of ventilators are ideal for buildings that are sealed for energy saving purposes.
