Rate 10 typically applies to medium - large commercial and small industrial customers. These include small businesses, restaurants, hotels and retail stores. These customers are located in Enbridge Gas - Union North rate zone and consume more than 50,000 m3 of natural gas each year.

These customers typically burn gas for manufacturing and processing of goods – such as pulp and paper, mining, institutions, and food and beverage facilities. These customers are located in our Enbridge Gas - Union North rate zone and must consume a minimum of 14,000 m3 of natural gas each day.
Quick Overview
Rate 25 is for commercial and industrial customers who have signed an interruptible Northern Distribution contract with Enbridge Gas. Customers in this rate class must be able to shut off their natural gas service and use other fuels if required. These customers are located in our Enbridge Gas - Union North rate zone and can use this service alone, or as a companion to a firm rate (used to top up service if they go over their contract maximum usage).

Rate 30 is a short term rate for gas supply and/or storage and balancing services. This rate can only be used by customers located in our Enbridge Gas - Union North rate zone as an add-on to their current Northern Distribution rate.
Quick Overview
Rate 100 is for large commercial and industrial customers who have signed a Northern Distribution contract for firm natural gas delivery with Enbridge Gas. These customers are typically large manufacturers requiring a very large volume of natural gas for industrial processes – such as steel, pulp and paper and mining. These customers, located in our Enbridge Gas - Union North rate zone, require a minimum consumption of 100,000 m3 of natural gas or more each day. These customers must maintain a 70% load factor over the course of a year.

Union South Rate Zone
Rate M2 typically applies to medium - large commercial and small industrial customers. These customers include small businesses, small greenhouses, restaurants, hotels and retail stores located in our Enbridge Gas - Union South rate zone and consuming more than 50,000 m3 of natural gas each year.

Rate M4 is for commercial and industrial customers who have signed a contract for firm gas delivery with Enbridge Gas. These customers typically use natural gas for manufacturing and processing of goods (eg. auto part plants, institutions, food and beverage facilities, and greenhouses). These customers are located in our Enbridge Gas - Union South rate zone and consume between 2,400 m3 and 60,000 m3 of natural gas each day, with a minimum annual volume requirement of 146 days of firm Contracted Daily Demand (40% load factor). An interruptible rate option is available with this service requiring a minimum of 350,000 m3 per year commitment.
A customer has two options under this rate.
- Sales service, where Enbridge Gas arranges the supply of gas and transportation to Enbridge Gas on the customer's behalf.
- Bundled T, where the customer arranges their own gas supply; customer or Enbridge Gas may provide transportation.

These customers (e.g. hospitals, greenhouses, auto part plants, institutions, and manufacturers) are located in our Enbridge Gas - Union South rate zone and consume between 2,400 m3 and 60,000 m3 of natural gas each day with a minimum rate class annual volume requirement of 350,000 m3. Individual customer minimum annual volume requirement is by contract. A non-interruptible (firm) rate option is available with this service.

Rate M10 is for small wholesale distributors (small-scale producers) operating within the Enbridge Gas - Union South rate zone. This rate is applicable to non-contract distributors who purchase and/or receives delivery of a firm supply of gas for distribution only to its own customers.
To a customer who enters into a Receipt Contract or Gas Purchase Contract for delivery and/or sale of gas to Enbridge Gas.

Rate T1 is a contract rate for customers in the Enbridge Gas - Union South rate zone who actively manage their own storage services, have an aggregated Firm Daily Contracted Demand up to 140,870 m3 and who consume a minimum of 2,500,000 m3 of natural gas each year at each redelivery point.
Enbridge Gas' T1 service is a semi-unbundled storage and transportation service that allows Enbridge Gas' South contract rate customers to tailor contract parameters to meet their individual needs.
The transportation service to the customer's facilities can be a combination of firm and interruptible. Each redelivery point at the customer's facility has its own specific parameters and must meet a minimum of 2,500,000 m3 at each redelivery point of natural gas each year to qualify for the T1 rate.
A single contract covers obligated deliveries to Enbridge Gas, deliveries on Enbridge Gas to your facilities, and storage service. Balancing between deliveries to Enbridge Gas and Consumption occurs daily using the contracted storage service. For further details, refer to T1/T2 Service Features information.
