Setting up your account
If you are a new or newly converted natural gas customer that has been recently connected to natural gas you may not have yet received your first natural gas bill. To ensure billing accuracy it is very important that you contact our billing centre to establish your account. Please contact our billing center to notify Union Gas of your new account.
Our billing center can help set up your new gas account, discuss billing preferences, sign up for automatic payments, discuss Union Gas deposit guidelines and accessing your account online.
If you were busy with the move, getting settled into you new location and received your first bill please contact our billing center to establish your account and to discuss our deposit policies or fees.
Once you have your first bill managing your account, accessing your bills, payments, gas usage and account information is available anytime, online through one of our online information tools, MyAccount or Unionline. Register today!
