Convenient and secure account management

With myaccount you have instant access to all of your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here are just a few ways myaccount can help your business.

  • Consumption and Energy Data: Download 24 months of natural gas consumption data as 'CSV' file using our 'Energy Data" download section
  • Bills & Payments: Access 24 months of bill images or detailed billing data for view, print or download using the 'Download All Data' section under 'Bills & Payments'
  • Set Account Preferences: Select bill delivery options like eBill with email reminders
  • Update your Account Information: Contact name and email address or notify us of a change to your account (stop, start, move)

Register for myaccount

If you are logging in to myaccount for the first time, you'll need your 14-digit account number and an email address.

  • Your password must be between eight and 15 characters in length and also include at least one of each of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter and a number.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once you have registered. Then you can start managing your account from your computer or mobile device.

Already Registered - Change or forgot your User ID or Password

To change your information, simply login to myaccount with your current User ID and Password.

  • From your mobile device, select Preferences and then Change Password.
  • From a desktop, choose Update My Info and myaccount profile tab.
  • Your password must be between eight and 15 characters in length and also include at least one of each of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter and a number.

If you've forgotten your User ID or Password, select "Forgot your User ID" or "Need a New Password?" to retrieve your information.
