Moving has is fast, easy and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using myaccount. Whether you're moving to another city or just around the corner, we want to help make your move as simple as possible.
I'm Moving section in myaccount lets you:
- The moving date.
- Your new address.
- If you are logging in to myaccount for the first time, you'll need your 14-digit Union Gas account number and an email address.
Lawyers and property managers
Effective March 31, 2015, Union Gas no longer accepts online requests for natural gas services from lawyers and property managers. Please advise your clients to use myaccount or contact our Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-774-3111, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., (except holidays). We require at least three days before the moving or closing date. lf your client is moving sooner, please have them call our Customer Contact Centre.
Your client will need:
- Contact information - name and phone number
- Service start date
- New service address
- For new accounts - the account holder's date of birth
