Automatic Payment Plan
Never worry again about forgetting to pay your bill
Our Automatic Payment Plan means never worrying about a missed or late payment again – and signup is easy. You simply provide us with your financial institution account information – each month you will receive a bill showing the amount due and the withdrawal date.
Please note that withdrawal dates are not flexible and are determined by your meter reading cycle. Your financial institution will automatically transfer this amount to Union Gas.

How to Enroll
- Login or register for MyAccount, or
- Call the Union Gas Customer Contact Centre at 1 888 774-3111 to enroll.
Continue to pay your bills as you normally would, and your account is enrolled in the plan. When you receive a bill advising that the amount due will be withdrawn from your account, you are successfully enrolled!
Need to update your banking information?
If you're already enrolled in the Automatic Payment Plan, and your banking information has changed, please login or register for MyAccount and update your account information online.
