Housing owned and managed by a private, non-profit group.

Market Rate Housing Providers

Privately owned housing that’s rented to tenants at rates that are at or below the average rents specified by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). See average rents.

Multi-Family Residential Incentives

Building Assessments

Description Customer Incentive*
Building assessments to determine energy savings in buildings four stories or more. Receive up to $8,000 per building, with a maximum of $40,000 per housing provider per year.

Custom projects to reduce gas consumption in your building stock such as:
