Employee Support and Volunteerism
Our employees have a strong spirit of
philanthropy and volunteerism. We support our
employees and retirees as they give back to their communities through
employee directed giving to eligible charitable organizations, by
supporting their sweat-equity of volunteerism and by matching their
contributions to our United Way campaign. Employee programs include:
We value our employees' active participation in their local communities
and recognize that their time and talents enhance the communities where
they live and work. Volunteer projects are encouraged throughout the
year through our
Helping Hands in Action program.
We encourages civic volunteerism by providing funding for "sweat
equity" volunteer projects performed by employees and retirees. We are
also proud to make volunteer grants to eligible, charitable,
organizations on behalf of employee volunteer who serves on an
organization's board or leadership committee.
We are proud to provide a dollar-for-dollar corporate match for our
employees' contributions to our annual United Way campaign. This match
serves as our support of health and human service organizations
in our communities and recognizes the generosity of our employees to the
Matching Gifts Program
We are also pleased to support the generosity and community involvement
of employees and retirees by offering the Matching Gifts Program, which
provides matching funds to the qualified charitable organizations
employees and retirees personally support.
We enthusiastically supports our communities and
