• Email css@uniongas.com and we will email your username to the email address associated with your Unionline account.

If you have saved password hints, you can use them to reset your password.  Simply follow the instructions below.  If you have not saved password hints, email css@uniongas.com and your password will be reset and sent to the email address associated with your Unionline account.

1. Click on the 'Forgot Password' button on the login page.
2. Enter your user name.  Click on the 'Next' button.
3. Enter the answers to your password hints.  Click on the 'Submit' button.
4. Enter a new password.  Re-enter the password and click on the 'Submit' button.
