Balancing Contracts is Now Quicker and Easier

Union Gas is excited to announce new enhancements to make balancing your contracts in Unionline easier than ever.

Based on customer feedback, we have added the ability to enter multiple balancing transactions on a single screen - making balancing several contracts at a time (like at Check Point and Contract Renewal) easier and more convenient.

Customers will now also see up-to-date information about the contracts being balanced, without having to search through multiple screens. These enhancements make balancing activities quicker and easier, while maintaining the current look and feel you're familiar with today.

When requesting a balancing transaction:

  • To enter more than one transaction, simply choose "Add a new transaction." Once you're finished, submit them all with one easy click
  • You will see up-to-date information about the contracts being balanced, including the estimated month-end BGA balances. Having this information at your fingertips allows you to more easily and accurately determine the best action to take to balance your contracts and determine the likelihood of achieving a successful transaction

 Simply enter your balancing transaction request(s), calculate and submit! Your transaction(s) will then follow the normal review processes through to customer and Union Gas approval.
