

New Unionline Access Request Form - Online and Interactive!
New interactive electronic form is more efficient and convenient.
Union Gas is excited to announce the enhancement of the Unionline Access Request Form. The existing Unionline Access Request form and the Unionline Direct Connect Service Agreements are now consolidated into a single electronic form. In addition, the form replaces the need to share Agency Agreement paperwork with Union Gas, even if you are not a Unionline subscriber.
Based on your feedback, we have eliminated the need for paper copies, waiting for a physical signature and reliance on fax machines. Your request can now be submitted and approved from virtually anywhere.

The process is even more streamlined for Unionline subscribers with Administrator Edit permissions by way of automatic approval of requests (approval via email not required) and the ability to instantly modify existing access without using the form.
Unionline subscribers can find the enhanced Unionline Access Request form by expanding the Self Service menu in the Unionline navigation bar and clicking on the Access Request Form link. When outside Unionline, you can find the form at uniongas.com/unionlineregister.
Simply fill out the online form and submit! Once approved by the Authorized Signatory, Union Gas will process the request.
