
Unionline Self-Serve Access Administration is Here!
Manage existing Unionline access online at anytime
Union Gas is making it easier to view and manage Unionline access. Customers are now able to assign administrators to review and modify existing Unionline access for their company online at anytime.
Two new Unionline roles have been created to allow administrators to view or modify access rights for individual subscribers and agent companies associated with their company:
"Administrator View" Role
Allows you to easily identify who has access to your company's information
View access rights of existing Unionline subscribers within your company
View access rights of existing agents of your company
View access rights granted to your company by end use customers
View your company's Unionline Direct Connect access
"Administrator Edit" Role (employee must have authority to bind the company)
Allows you to process Unionline access changes 24/7/365 and provides immediate results
Provides all features granted with the Administrator View role
Modify access rights of existing Unionline subscribers within your company
Modify access rights of existing agents of your company
To register an existing Unionline subscriber for one of the new roles, please submit the Access Request Form. The administrator will receive a confirmation once the request has been processed.
We encourage you to review who has access rights to your company's information on Unionline to ensure it is up-to-date. For those with the Administrator Edit role, you will be able to make modifications immediately online. We have created training material for your reference.
As a reminder, to sign up any new Unionline subscribers, please continue to submit the Access Request Form which now includes the new Administrator roles.
View your own Unionline access rights online at anytime!
All Unionline subscribers are now able to view their own Unionline access rights as part of the standard Unionline access. This added feature can be viewed by selecting My Profile under the Self Service heading in the Unionline navigation bar.
