The HUB Plus Service allows any Shipper who currently holds an
Interruptible HUB Contract access to incremental park and loan
quantities, providing greater flexibility and improved reliability. The
HUB Plus Service has no setup fee and no demand charge.

and a cumulative loan balance of 50,000 GJ (subject to

- No extension fees
- Balance must be zero on August 31 each year
