Union Gas Limited ("Union") is pleased to offer an open season for existing firm transportation capacities. Paths offered include: (a) Dawn to Parkway, and (b) Ojibway (Union's interconnect with Panhandle Pipeline) to Dawn.

Submitting a Binding Bid for Long or Short Term Firm Transportation Service

Please submit a bid form for each unique path if bidding for multiple paths and services.
Capacity requests received during this Open Season shall be awarded starting with those bids with the highest economic value as defined in Section XVI of Union’s M12 and C1 GT&Cs as follows: If the economic values of two or more independent bids are equal, then service shall be allocated on a pro-rata basis. The economic value shall be based on the net present value which shall be calculated based on the proposed per-unit rate and the proposed term of the contract and without regard to the proposed Contract Demand in accordance with the Union Gas M12 and C1 transportation tariffs. Union Gas will notify bidders of their bid status and award capacity on or before January 30, 2012. Successful bidders are expected to execute the standard form contract and any other applicable agreements within 10 (ten) business days of receipt of the contract from Union Gas. The date for Shippers to satisfy the Conditions Precedent as referred to in Article XXI of M12 Rate Schedule “A 2010” and in Article XXI of C1 Rate Schedule “A 2010” is February 29, 2012.
Union reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Union may, but is not required to, reject any bids which do not conform to the Open Season, are incomplete with the terms and conditions outlined in this Open Season, contain additional or modified terms, or are otherwise deficient in any respect.
By participating in the Open Season, you further agree to the terms set out in the attached Bid Form.
