In response to continuing interest, Union Gas Limited ("Union") is pleased to offer an open season for both Long and Short Term Firm Transportation Service commencing November 1, 2011 on its Ojibway (Union's interconnect with Panhandle Pipeline) to Dawn transportation path (the "Open Season").

Submitting a Binding Bid for Long or Short Term Firm Transportation Service
If you wish to participate in this Open Season, please sign and return the attached Bid Form on or before 12:00 noon Eastern Time / 11:00 am Central Time on June 15, 2011. Union expects to award capacity on or before 3:00 pm Eastern Time / 2:00 pm Central Time on June 15, 2011.
Capacity requests received during this Open Season shall be awarded starting with those bids with the highest economic value. If the economic values of two or more independent bids are equal, then service shall be allocated on a pro-rata basis. The economic value shall be based on the net present value which shall be calculated based on the proposed per-unit rate and the proposed term of the contract and without regard to the proposed Contract Demand, in accordance with Union’s C1 Tariff.
Union has the right to reject any and all bids, in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Union may, but is not required to, reject any bids which do not conform to this Open Season, are incomplete with the terms and conditions outlined in this Open Season, contain additional or modified terms, or are otherwise deficient in any respect.
By participating in the Open Season, you further agree to the terms set out in the attached Bid Form.
