Binding Open Season for Ojibway to Dawn Transportation Services

Union Gas Limited, a Spectra Energy Company, hereby invites all existing and potential shippers to submit binding bids for Ojibway to Dawn Transportation Service starting November 1, 2010. All bids are due on or before 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time / 11:00 am Central Standard Time on March 31, 2010.
Interested parties have the opportunity to submit
bids based on the following service parameters:
Receipt point will be Ojibway
Delivery point will be Dawn
Term of the contract will be a minimum of 2 years
Fuel: Fuel in kind as per Union’s C1 Rate Schedule as approved by the Ontario Energy Board ("OEB")
Commodity Charge: No commodity charges apply
Demand Charge: Minimum demand charge as per Union's C1 Rate Schedule as approved by the OEB, in addition, Shipper may bid a premium to the C1 Rate
Payment to Union will be in accordance with the terms of the contract
This Open Season is in accordance with Union’s C1 Transportation rate schedule.
Union Gas expects to award capacity on or before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time / 2:00pm Central Standard Time on March 31, 2010. Union reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion.
