Open Season Offering for 2011-2013 M12 and M12X Capacity Increased

Union Gas increases the capacity offered for the M12 and M12X Transportation Open Season from 100,000 GJ/d to 340,000 GJ/d. At the request of market participants, Union Gas has increased the transportation capacity offered on the Dawn-Parkway corridor. Capacity availability is subject both to capacity turnback as well as a possible system expansion for November 1, 2012 or November 1, 2013. Any system expansion is subject to both internal approvals as well as the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) approval.
This open season has been extended in order to comply with the Storage and Transportation Access Rule (STAR) issued by the OEB on December 9, 2009. The open season was initially announced July 19, 2010 and will now close at noon Eastern Daily Time (EDT) on August 31, 2010 in order to meet the minimum period requirement of 30 business days for new capacity offerings.
All other parameters of the Open Season remain the same.
