Minor Change to Union Gas
Market Price Service Schedule (MPSS)

Union Gas will be updating the Market Price Service Schedule (MPSS), an unregulated schedule that applies to Shippers who enter into ex-franchise storage related services, effective April 1st, 2010. The new MPSS has been posted to our website.
The current MPSS will remain in effect until March 31st, 2010.
The following change to the MPSS has been made:
Section (A) Applicability – a note (Note **) has been added to indicate that additional points may be available.
The standard fuel and commodity charges have not been changed. The note has been added to ensure that Shippers are aware that other Points may be available and that an Account Manager will be able to discuss specific points directly with interested Shippers.
