Union Gas Announces Improvements to Operational Status Reporting

We have recently enhanced our operational status reporting.  The new Operational Status Page now shows the details for all segments on our system for the previous gas day, the current gas day, and tomorrow’s gas day. By hovering your mouse over any of the status indicators, more details about that segment’s status will be revealed and links to learn about the potential impact to you will appear.

We are also pleased to announce the implementation of an Operational Status Reporting Email Notification service.  This service is now available for your subscription. Once subscribed, you will be notified by email whenever the operational status of a selected segment on Union Gas' system has changed. You can customize the notifications you receive by selecting any or all of the following segment groups: 

• Storage Injections/Withdrawals
• Dawn Westerly Transportation segments (includes Parkway from Dawn, Parkway to Dawn/Kirkwall, Kirkwall to/from Dawn, and all of the Northern and Eastern Area
• Dawn Upstream Transportation segments (includes St. Clair to/from Dawn, Bluewater to/from Dawn, Vector to/from Dawn, and Ojibway to/from Dawn)

To subscribe to this service, complete the Electronic Subscription Form and click the submit button. We will email a confirmation back to you within two business days. You do not need to be a Unionline subscriber to enroll in this new service.
