How do I view my bill history?

Access your billing history securely and at no charge in MyAccount.

  • View or print bills from the past 24 months.
  • Get a summary of your billing and usage history for up to 24 months.

How to view your bills

  1. Log in to MyAccount. Go to the Bills & Payments tab, then the History tab.

Select the bill date(s) to view or print the bill image.

Select "Printer friendly" to print summary. Select "Download" for a .csv file.

You will need:

  • A recent bill with your 14-digit account number
  • An email address

If you prefer, you can request duplicate bills or an account summary by calling the Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-774-3111. There is a cost of $15 for each bill or statement mailed to you.
