2012/2013 Firm Transportation Open Season: Rate Schedules, General Terms and Conditions, and Standard Contracts
The Union Gas M12 and C1 transportation contracts that a customer will enter into as a result of a response to this open season are posted below. These contracts are expected to become the Union Gas standard after March 1, 2011.
The associated tariff and schedules (including general terms and conditions) which accompany the contracts are posted below. These schedules have been filed with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB)2 and are subject to the OEB’s approval which is expected to be received by October 1, 2010. Please note that the schedules may be altered and filed with the Ontario Energy Board to accommodate the features of the services in this Open Season.
