Applying for financial incentives

Union Gas provides a variety of financial incentives to businesses for energy efficiency projects. To access these incentives, customers need to complete and submit a project application form.

To view/print our Project Application Form, click on the form type that suits your needs. To see how various application forms have been completed, check the links below for sample project application forms.

Excel spreadsheet form - you need to have Microsoft Excel to open this form which enables you to type the information directly on the form, save it and e-mail it.

Adobe (PDF) form - you can open this form no matter what spreadsheet software you have as long as you have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader installed on your computer. If you don't, visit the Adobe® site and download the free viewing software. The PDF form will allow you to save it, print it and hand write the information on the form.

Understand when and where you use energy

By completing the Energy equipment walk through form, you can calculate when and where you use energy.

Boiler tune-up form

As a requirement for boiler tune-up applications, customers must provide some basic information, including before and after combustion readings for multiple firing rates. To help ensure you collect all the required information,  we created this Boiler tune-up form.

Pipe insulation form

To help customers estimate pipe insulation losses, Union Gas has created a Pipe insulation form. This rudimentary spreadsheet identifies all the information required to estimate radiant heat losses from pipes. Please complete the sheet, include the completed form with your application, and submit them to your Union Gas Account Manager for processing.
