Moving has been made fast, easy and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our online forms. Sign on to MyAccount at
uniongas.com/myaccountlogin if you have an existing account and are
moving, need to open another account or are closing your account. Our Customer Contact Representatives are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding major holidays). Please allow at least two business days for us to complete your order. If you have an immediate service need, please call the Union Gas Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-774-3111 or to contact us via email, please click here. If you have an existing Union Gas account, and you wish to cancel the gas service or if you are moving to a property that does not have gas within the Union Gas service area, this form can be used to submit the information automatically. If you currently have a Union Gas Account and are moving to a property that has gas service within the Union Gas service area, this form can be used to automate the transfer process. Do you currently have electronic billing?If you currently view your bill electronically at uniongas.com you will
need to register your new account number after you receive your final bill.
Simply sign on to MyAccount, go to Update My Info and select the Add An
Account tab.
To access epost select the icon below. Moving form for Lawyers/Property Management This form is used by Lawyers and/or Property Management firms to set up new accounts with Union Gas. If you are moving to a property within the Union Gas service area and currently do not have a Union Gas account, this form will automate your application for gas service. If you currently
have a Union Gas Account that you are retaining, and you need an additional
account at a different address, this form will automate your application for
the additional gas account. |
