How to Apply
Before you apply for a job, you will need to create a registered account.
Applications are received through our online system. Open the job posting and click the "apply now" to log into your registered account and apply for a job.
Setting up your Registered Account:
Read and accept our Privacy Policy to review our commitment to your privacy and personal information.
Complete the "Register" page noting * are mandatory fields.
Complete the "My Job Profile and Notification Preferences" page.
Complete the links on "Candidate Home Page". Please read each screen carefully for document compatibility.
Applying to a Job Posting:
Log into your registered account.
On the Candidate Home Page select "Search Jobs".
Open the job posting and click "Apply Now".
Read each screen carefully and be sure to select the document you wish to attach to your application BEFORE clicking "Next".
Complete the Required Contact information fields and click "next".
Answer any questions that may be part of the application process and click "ok". Wait for the screen to refresh, this takes a few seconds.
When you complete the process you will see the job posting with a confirmation of submission. You should also receive an email confirming your application.
Hints:
Use mouse right click menu and select "back" if you need to return to the previous page.
Check "Create/Update your job profile and notifications preferences". Under privacy options did you select "I wish to remain anonymous"? If so this must be unchecked to apply to a job. Click "OK".
Check the link MANAGE RESUME & MANAGE FILES - Upload multiple resumes if you choose to. You can use the same resume to apply to a number of different jobs. Note that "ok" here means you are uploading to your registered account – not applying to a job.
If you want to attach a cover letter complete the same step directly above under the link "Additional Files".
Click "Search Jobs" and open the job posting. Click "apply now". On the "Submit Resume" page select the resume you wish to use and click "next". On the "Attach Files" page select or add a cover letter for your application and click "next".
On
the candidate home page look for the highlighted section “View your
job submissions”. If you do not see this link in the first section,
you have not completed all the steps to apply to the job.
