4. How do I attach a new customer to gas and complete other meter actions?
The fastest and easiest way to connect a new customer to natural gas and complete other meter actions is through the online attachment tool GetConnected.  

5. When do I upgrade a meter and what is the process?
If the total connected load to the house is greater than 250cfh then fill out an RFA and Union Gas will determine whether a meter upgrade is required. 

6. How do I find out the cost and timeline of moving a meter? 

This is determined on a case by case basis. Please contact your Residential HVAC Specialist for further direction and discussion.
