Natural Gas vs Propane
Natural gas is a more economical fuel for drying in agricultural settings – and saves you money when compared to propane.
A litre of propane contains only about 2/3 the energy value of a cubic meter of natural gas. Even if they were the same price, natural gas would be 1/3 less expensive to use. Since a cubic meter of natural gas is less expensive than a litre of propane, the savings mount up even more.
Please contact your local Union Gas Account Manager to ensure that natural gas will be available at your location.
