Automatic Payment Plan

Worried about forgetting to pay your gas bill?

Our Automatic Payment Plan means never worrying about a missed or late payment again.

How does it work?

You provide us with your financial institution account information.  Each month you will receive a bill showing the amount due and the withdrawal date.  Please note that withdrawal dates are not flexible and are determined by your meter reading cycle.Your financial institution will automatically transfer this amount to Union Gas.

  • No charge to enroll! (Check with your financial institution to see whether there are any associated service charges.)

  1. Fill out the application on-line

  2. Print and sign the form.
  3. Fax the completed application toll-free to 1-800-799-0039.

Continue to pay your bills as you normally would, and your account will be enrolled in the plan within 30 days.  When you receive a bill advising that the amount due will be withdrawn from your account (as in the example shown at right), you’re enrolled!

Need to update your banking information?

 

If you're already enrolled in the Automatic Payment Plan, and your banking information has changed, please register for MyAccount at uniongas.com/myaccountlogin and re-submit your automatic payment plan application on-line OR fill out the application on-line, print and sign the form.   Please fax or mail as outline above.
