Cost Comparison
Natural
gas is a more economical fuel for drying in agricultural settings, saving
money compared to propane.
A litre of propane contains only about 2/3 the energy value of a cubic meter of natural gas. Even if they were the same price, natural gas would be 1/3 less expensive to use. Since a cubic meter of natural gas is less expensive than a litre of propane, the savings mount up even more.
