Union proposes to decrease its gas supply commodity rates effective January 1, 2009

Decision and Order issued December 15, 2008
Residential customers in the South (Rate M2) consuming 2,600 m³ per year will see a net bill decrease of approximately $112 per year while customers in the North (Rate 01) will see a decrease of approximately $150 per year
Bundled direct purchase customers will see an annual increase of $.03 in the South and $1.44 in the North.
