Incremental
Gas Supply for DP Balancing
This policy applies to customers with an existing Direct Purchase contract
(Bundled-T, T-1, T-3 or Unbundled) in Union Gas' Southern Operations area.
Vertical Slice Policy
This policy applies to customers who move from sales service to direct
purchase in the Union Gas South operations area.
Less than 300 GJ Vertical Slice request
This policy applies to new or existing direct purchase customers, in the
Union Gas South operations area, that have not previously received a
vertical slice and have a Daily Contract Quantity (DCQ) increase request for
less than 300 GJ/day.

Vertical Slice Capacity
This policy applies to direct purchase customers, in the Union Gas South
operations area, who have been allocated upstream
transportation capacity under Union Gas’s vertical slice program on or after
November 1, 2003.
Temporarily Changing Existing Customer Obligated Points of Receipt
This policy
applies to all existing Bundled-T and T-Service direct purchase customers in
Union Gas’s Southern operations area.
Return
to Union Gas Sales Service from Direct Purchase
This policy
applies to direct purchase customers who wish to change from Direct Purchase
to Union Gas Sales Service.
Obligated Daily Contract Quantity (DCQ) -- Union South
This policy will ensure consistent and fair
treatment of changes (either increases or decreases) to a customer's
obligated Daily Contract Quantity (DCQ).
Obligated Daily Contract Quantity (DCQ) -- Union North
This policy will ensure consistent and fair treatment of changes (either
increases or decreases) to a customer's obligated Daily Contract Quantity (DCQ).
Customer Complaint Policy
The purpose of this policy is to provide an overview of the handling of
written customer complaints.
Upstream Assignment
This policy provides an overview into the handling of the upstream
assignments for direct purchase customers in the Union Gas's Southern,
Northern and Eastern operation areas.
Upstream
Capacity Clearinghouse
The purpose of this policy is to provide an overview on how a direct
purchase customer, in the Union Gas Southern operations area can rearrange
their upstream transportation allocated under Vertical Slice.
TCPL Turn Back
The purpose of this policy is to provide an overview on how a direct
purchase customer in Union Gas's Southern, Northern or Eastern operations
area can take advantage of Western turn back opportunities.
