Distribution Service Area
Union Gas serves about 1.3 million residential, commercial and
industrial customers in more than 400 communities in Ontario. Our
distribution service area extends throughout northern Ontario from the
Manitoba border to the North Bay/Muskoka area, through southwestern
Ontario from Windsor to just west of Toronto, and across eastern Ontario
from Port Hope to Cornwall.

Union Gas Dawn Market Hub
The Union Gas Dawn Market Hub is one of the fastest
growing market hubs in North America. The hub has the largest underground
natural gas storage facility in Canada and handles over 1.3 Tcf of gas every year.
Storage and
transmission facilities at the Dawn Market Hub are fully integrated into the
North American supply and transportation system providing our customers with
price stability and significant supply options.

System Throughput
33.8 billion cubic metres, or approximately 1.2
trillion cubic feet per year.
